Help

Questions, answered.

Do I need an account?
Swapp is invite-first while we grow, so the front door asks you to sign in. Shared card links are the exception — they play instantly for anyone. Inside, guests are first-class: a device identity is enough to play every card, earn tickets, and build a real history.
What are tickets?
Tickets are earned by playing. They're computed on the server and rate-limited, so they can't be farmed. You spend them on unlocks like themes and cosmetics. Tickets are virtual only — there is no cash-out.
Is my progress saved?
Yes. Every interaction — a round played, a page read, an answer given — is recorded in a behavioral ledger, so your progress and rank are real computed numbers, not feelings. This works whether you're a guest or signed in.
What happens when I sign up?
Your guest history merges into your account. Everything you played, earned, and read as a guest comes with you — nothing is lost and nothing starts over.
How do I share a card?
Every card has a link — swapp.eco/c/?id=... — that unfurls with the card's name wherever you paste it. Whoever opens it can play immediately, no install and no signup.
How do themes work?
One tap re-skins the entire surface — there are 19 themes and every card follows along. Dark is pure monochrome: black canvas, white text.
Why do cards measure me?
So the feed can be honest with you. Games report score and what they measure — reaction time, working memory — reading reports per-page progress, and quizzes report per-answer. Difficulty comes from how everyone actually performed, and what you see next comes from your own history.
