Terms of Service

Effective: July 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Swapp at swapp.eco, operated by Empress Ecosystems LLC (New Jersey, USA). By playing, you agree to them.

  1. What Swapp is. A feed of playable cards, operated by Empress Ecosystems LLC (which also operates empress.eco — Swapp is a product of the LLC, not a separate entity). It's early and evolving; cards, features, and availability may change.
  2. Play is measured. Swapp is a behavioral measurement service: it records detailed user interaction data (xAPI statements) as core functionality — this measurement is the product, not incidental analytics. By playing you agree to that recording, as described in the Privacy Policy. Guest play is measured too, under a device-scoped identifier.
  3. Guest or member. Play as a guest (a device-scoped player ID) or create an account. Creating an account merges your guest history into it. You're responsible for activity under your account; keep your login secure.
  4. Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use Swapp or create an account. We don't knowingly accept accounts from anyone younger; if we learn of one, we'll close it and delete the data.
  5. Acceptable use. Don't cheat the platform, abuse or harass others, attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or use it unlawfully. We may limit or end access that does.
  6. Fair play. Gameplay results are recorded on an immutable ledger to keep leaderboards and progress honest; you can't retroactively alter your play record.
  7. Tickets. Tickets and similar in-app items are virtual. They have no cash value, can't be bought, sold, transferred, or redeemed for money, and we may adjust how they're earned or spent.
  8. Feedback. Feedback and feature requests you submit are stored and may be used to improve the service, without obligation or compensation.
  9. Warranty. Swapp is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the extent permitted by law. It's a game platform, not a professional service.
  10. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by New Jersey law, Empress Ecosystems LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Swapp.
  11. Termination. You can stop anytime. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
  12. Governing law & changes. Governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. We'll post updates here with a new effective date. Contact: [email protected].
